*We begin our exploration with a visit to Berat Castle, a magnificent fortress with a history dating back to the 4th century BC. Within the castle walls, we will visit ancient Byzantine churches with stunning frescoes and icons (such as the Church of the Dormition of St. Mary and the Church of the Holy Trinity), the Onufri Museum with its precious collection of icons, and stroll through the characteristic cobblestone streets with stone houses.
